RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Supervises over-all pharmacy business (planning, coordinating, controlling and directing selling operations/functions) in the assigned branch
2. Implements and ensures compliance to all health business initiatives, strategy and programs
3. Processes over-all legal requirements of the drugstore and activities such as aplication and renewal of all documents (LTO, BFAD, Business Permit, Mayor’s Permit, S3 License and Sanitary Permit)
4. Executes merchandise display techniques that will boost sales and promotes customer satisfaction
5. Ensures accurate and prompt dispensing of medicines by the pharmacy staff at all times
6. Reads and interprets all prescriptions and provides medication substitute if needed
7. Ensures the quality of all dispensed medicines (expiry and monitoring procedures)
